Orders are shipped using established carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout.
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Available within the United States.
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Available at checkout where applicable.
Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – Not currently available.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or other external factors outside of our control.
International Shipping
At this time, shipments are limited to addresses within the United States.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order size, and selected shipping method.
If applicable, promotional shipping offers will be indicated at checkout.
Restrictions
Shipments are not available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations where applicable laws restrict the sale or possession of laboratory research materials.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that ordered materials comply with local regulations in their jurisdiction.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling procedures.
If a package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, the purchaser should first contact the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information.
